Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator (DCC) to own end-to-end patient journey from HUB enrollment to post-fill follow-up. You will work with patients, providers, payers, HUB partners, and vendors to resolve reimbursement, access, and coverage issues in a field-based role.

The role requires extensive experience in reimbursement, copay programs, and prior authorization processes, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: B.S. or B.A. Degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access and reimbursement and Polaris CRM use.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Be the central contact for patients/caregivers and HCPs on reimbursement and access status.
• Manage SOB discussions, BI/BV, prior authorization, and appeals with payers and patients.
• Coordinate appointments and assessments with providers and vendors.
• Oversee Interim Care programs, copay card eligibility, and voucher triage.
• Triage vouchers and paid prescriptions in Polaris and follow up post-prescription.
