Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in patient access, healthcare registration, or related role.
• Experience with insurance verification, benefits review, and/or registration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and admit across assigned hospital access areas.
• Handle moderately complex registration scenarios including insurance verification and benefits review.
• Communicate patient financial responsibility and collect payments as appropriate.
• Support operations by flexing across access points during high volume or high acuity periods.
• Provide guidance on workflows and systems to PAR I staff without formal supervisory responsibility.
