Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points, verify demographics, insurance eligibility, and document in the EHR.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as appropriate at the time of service.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to ensure timely access to care.
• Identify and resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies; escalate complex cases.
• Provide patient-facing support by phone and other channels, routing calls and logging interactions.
