Qualifications

• 2 years healthcare or customer service experience or education equivalency required.
• Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above minimum qualification.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by obtaining demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance benefits and precertification.
• Calculate and collect patient liability per policy.
• Provide directions and assistance to patients as needed.
• Support supervision and training in the department.
