Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• Must have strong listening and communication abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographics and financial data for registration and billing.
• Register patients at multiple locations and assist with scheduling and flow.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient dues per policy; explain deposits.
• Escalate service issues to management when needed.
• Assist patients to nursing units with directions and mobility support.
• Adhere to cash policies and patient safety requirements.
