Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Associate for the Infrastructure team to originate and close strategic partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks looking to launch stablecoin payment products on Coinbase's platform.

You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and onboarding— translating technical capabilities into partner value propositions and driving revenue growth across payments and trading.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder deals through diligence, negotiation, and close.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, stablecoins, and crypto ecosystems to advise clients.
• Ability to explain complex crypto concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Originate partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through close across legal, compliance, and tech workstreams.
• Translate Coinbase's stablecoin infrastructure capabilities into client value propositions.
• Collaborate with product, account management, legal, and onboarding teams.
• Share market insights to inform infrastructure roadmap and positioning.
