Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSP/fintech/crypto.
• Experience closing multi‑stakeholder deals across legal, compliance, and tech.
• Knowledge of payments, stablecoins, cross-border payments, and digital wallets.
• Ability to explain complex crypto concepts clearly to executives.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage deal execution from diligence to close with cross-functional coordination.
• Translate Coinbase's infrastructure capabilities into partner-specific value propositions for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Specialty Sales to support onboarding and integration.
• Share market insights to inform Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap and positioning.
