Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive partnerships for our stablecoin infrastructure. You will work with PSPs, fintechs, and banks, guiding opportunities from research through close, while coordinating across legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure revenue targets are met.

You’ll translate crypto concepts for senior stakeholders, contribute market insights, and help shape the infrastructure roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks, or crypto firms.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception to close.
• Knowledge of payments, trading, stablecoins, and crypto concepts for client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through negotiation and close with cross-functional teams.
• Lead partner conversations translating Coinbase infrastructure capabilities to executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales on onboarding.
• Share market data and feedback to shape infrastructure roadmap and positioning.
