Job summary

You will own the full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth, engaging executives at major financial institutions. Requirements include 10+ years in sales/BD/partnerships, experience with multi-stakeholder deals, and the ability to translate crypto concepts for C-suite audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience in PSP/fintech/banks/crypto.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals from inception to close, including legal/compliance workstreams.
• Deep understanding of payments, trading, stablecoins, cross-border payments, card networks, wallets.
• Ability to explain complex crypto concepts clearly to executive audiences and build trust with C-suite.
• Advantageous to have experience using AI to improve workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnerships with PSPs, fintechs, and banks.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from diligence to close and post-launch growth.
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders and translate Coinbase's capabilities into value propositions.
• Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Sales for onboarding.
• Shape roadmap by advocacy for partner needs and market insights.
