Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Business Value Programs Support to drive the end-to-end execution of partner-facing programs within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using MS Office suite (Excel).
• Proven ability to support multi-vertical, global businesses.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work across internal and external organizations, including sales, marketing, BD and training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partner Success Programs Lead with strategic projects related to business value realization.
• Enable partners on programs and AWS systems via 1:1 sessions and scalable content.
• Help scale mechanisms to increase automation and data clarity.
• Collaborate with AWS Partner Network, Training, Business Development and solutions architecture teams.
• Operationalize programs across geographies with adoption, reporting and issue resolution.
