Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Business Value Programs Support within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization. You will help conceptualize, develop, and operate partner-facing programs that accelerate AWS business for strategic partners.

You will collaborate with AWS partner and technical teams to track success, map opportunities in SFDC, enable partners in AWS tools, and manage incentives as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excel proficiency and MS Office experience.
• Experience supporting multi-vertical, global businesses.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.
• Ability to work across internal and external organizations including sales, marketing and training.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partner Success Programs Lead with strategic partner projects to achieve program goals.
• Enable partners via 1:1 sessions and scalable content.
• Help scale BVR mechanisms to increase automation and data clarity.
• Collaborate with APN, Training, Business Development and Solutions Architecture to enable strategic partners.
• Operationalize programs across geographies including adoption and reporting.
• Develop internal content to meet audience and program requirements creatively.
• Develop and track key performance metrics and report program effectiveness.
• Drive program implementation with stakeholders and communicate with executives.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable work.
