Partner Business Value Programs Support, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization

Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Partner Business Value Programs Support in the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization.

This role focuses on supporting execution of strategic partner‑facing programs with key members of the Customer Success COE. You will conceptualize, develop, and operate programs that help partners accelerate their AWS business.

  • Support the Partner Success Programs Lead by working directly with partners to implement and operate strategic projects related to business value realization, delivering against program goals.
  • Enable partners on the program and AWS systems through 1:1 sessions and scalable content.
  • Support manual measurement and tracking during pilot phases while determining how to scale at program launch.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional groups—including AWS Partner Network (APN), Training, Business Development, and solutions architecture—to leverage enablement programs that allow strategic partners to develop capabilities and attain proficiency according to AWS competency standards.
  • Operationalize programs in desired geography, including program adoption, reporting, and problem resolution.
  • Work with subject‑matter experts, partners, and stakeholders to develop internal content that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways.
  • Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics; report on program effectiveness.
  • Drive program implementation with internal and external stakeholders; proactively communicate with senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and processes, including driving automation of repeatable work.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using the MS Office suite (particularly Excel).
  • Proven experience supporting multi‑vertical, global businesses.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, including sales, marketing, business development, and training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience.
  • Experience with Systems Integrators or ISVs and knowledge of the market landscape.
  • Experience in a high‑growth, technology company.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including creating new reports.
  • Cross‑functional experience in a multi‑geo organization.
  • Experience scaling via AI and automation.
  • Understanding of AWS product lines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200 per year in the lowest geographic market up to $239,000 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package, which may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
