Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Partner Business Value Programs Support within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization to help conceptualize, develop, and operate partner-facing programs that accelerate AWS business value realization. You will work across AWS partner teams to map success to opportunities in SFDC and enable partners in AWS tools while managing incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with multi-vertical, global businesses.
• 7+ years in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external orgs.

Responsibilities

• Support Partner Success Programs Lead with strategic projects (BVR) to achieve program goals.
• Enable partners via 1:1 sessions and scalable content.
• Scale BVR mechanisms to improve automation and data clarity/accuracy.
• Collaborate with APN, Training, and Solutions Architecture to enable partners to develop capabilities.
• Operationalize programs across geographies with adoption, reporting and issue resolution.
• Create internal content meeting audience/program requirements in engaging ways.
• Develop mechanisms to understand customer/partner needs and opportunities.
• Track KPIs and report program effectiveness.
• Drive implementation with internal/external stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks.
