Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States seeks a senior technical strategist for Risk and Security to accelerate partner activation and solution co-creation. You will work with partner Technology Architects and Partner Solution Engineers to deliver depth in practice and drive commercial success.

You will co-create architectures, build reusable assets, mentor partner teams, lead workshops, and run strategic proofs of concept to demonstrate value across multi-product scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk (IRM) or Security with relevant domain knowledge.
• Proven track record in channel/partner sales and pre-sales activities.
• Strong collaboration with product, marketing and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-create reference architectures, reusable patterns, and integration libraries with partners.
• Build reusable co-innovation assets: templates, accelerators, blueprints.
• Provide senior technical expertise within the Practice (e.g., L400) for multi-product scenarios.
• Drive adoption of AI-enhanced Practice capabilities with partners.
• Lead Practice technical workshops with partners and engage with Practice buyers.
• Execute strategic proofs of concept to demonstrate practice value.
• Mentor partner architects and pre-sales teams on solution positioning.
• Design and deliver architecture training programs and certification paths.
• Represent Practice innovation at events and contribute to thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Partner Technology Architects on joint business planning.
• Maintain expert market knowledge and translate intelligence to partner insights.
• Support SC Field on Commercial partner development requests.
