Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects serving Global and strategic partners. You will remain hands-on, coaching your team, and owning outcomes across pre-sales, strategy, and AI-first technology adoption.

You will translate platform capabilities and industry context into repeatable offerings that partners can build, scale, and monetize, while traveling up to 30% for partner and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in pre-sales, professional services, or partner-aligned orgs.
• Experience coaching and managing a team of senior professionals.
• Proven experience working with partners, SI, hyperscalers, or alliances.
• Strong executive presence to influence VP+ and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Ability to connect business strategy, industry context, and technology into actionable growth plans.
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and at least one tech domain.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases and automation patterns.
• BA/BS in CS or equivalent; strong communication skills.

• Develop recruiting pipelines and manage day-to-day operations.
