ServiceNow seeks a Partner Technology Architect to drive holistic partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption. You will combine advisory relationships with co-innovation and go-to-market leadership to translate platform capabilities into repeatable, outcome-driven offerings for partners.

In this role, you will lead strategic partner interfaces, guide solution architecture, and accelerate partner-led engagements

Qualifications

8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or partner strategy.
Experience with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or tech alliances.
Executive presence to influence VP+ level.
Ability to translate business strategy into partner growth plans.
Experience shaping partner practices or go-to-market motions.
Understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions.
Experience with AI-enabled use cases and data-driven workflows.
Familiarity with at least one industry vertical.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic counterpart for assigned partners across pre-sales and co-innovation.
Lead joint business planning aligning partner investments and go-to-market priorities.
Drive pre-sales excellence with discovery sessions, briefings, and demos.
Translate platform and AI capabilities into scalable partner solutions.
Coordinate across internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
Provide technical escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
