ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Technology Architecture to lead a team of Partner Technology Architects delivering pre-sales technical excellence and AI-first solutions for Global and strategic partners. You will stay hands-on, coach your team, and own critical partner engagements to drive growth and measurable outcomes.

Competenze
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory experience.
- 6+ years of leadership experience, preferably in pre-sales, professional services, or partner-aligned organizations.
- Experience coaching and managing a team of senior professionals with a team-first approach.
Mansioni
- Lead a team of Partner Technology Architects and set priorities against partner and Global Partners goals.
- Build trusted relationships with partner executives and practice leaders.
- Drive pre-sales excellence, solution demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Coordinate across Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, and internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
