Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to guide implementions of Security and Risk solutions for customers in the United States. You will lead pre-sales, define architecture and bring industry best practices, engaging with CXOs and partners to advance outcomes while aligning with ServiceNow standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence, governance and platform risk mitigation across complex, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a professional services organization, or equivalent education and experience.
• 8+ years consulting and/or configuration experience implementing complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
• 5+ years implementing ServiceNow Security and Risk solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities: sales presentations, solutioning and scoping workshops, SOW development with clear deliverables and effort estimates.
• Advise on governance leading practices and connect Security and Risk workflows to client landscapes.
• Engage CXOs on implementation roadmap and change management.
• Partner with Platform Architect to surface platform risks and drive delivery standards.
• Design and deliver Security and Risk solutions built for long-term success.
