Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive partner-delivered revenue within an industry-aligned territory.

You will manage quota-carrying sales, develop pipeline, and build trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers to accelerate deal flow. In this role you will coordinate with GSI, SI, and ISV partners, advance migration and modernization initiatives, and shape Marketplace deals while leveraging AI tools for forecasting and leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
• 7+ years of technology-related sales, business development or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• SALES - Revenue achievement and co-sell execution across an industry-aligned territory with quota accountability and pipeline hygiene.
• Execute co-sell motions with GSI/SI and ISV partners to engage early in the sales cycle and position partner solutions for AWS Marketplace transactions.
• Support migration business value by partnering with GSI/SI firms to position cloud migration solutions with customer stakeholders to drive deal progression.
• Cultivate strategic relationships to unlock new line-of-business personas and drive net-new pipeline creation through structured account planning and campaigns.
• Shape deals with partners leveraging Marketplace to address regulatory compliance, data modernization, security, and digital transformation.
• Drive customer adoption of the Marketplace flywheel by engaging procurement and business stakeholders and leveraging listings/case studies to accelerate partner-led deals.
• Own partner strategy and mobilize cross-functional resources across Sales, Solution Architects, and Professional Services to drive sales velocity and forecast accuracy.
