Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive partner-delivered revenue across an industry-aligned territory.

You will generate pipeline, execute deals, and build trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers through co-sell motions and customer-focused outcomes. In this role, you will coordinate with AWS Global Sales, leverage AI-enabled insights, and drive migrations and modernization opportunities across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
• 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by driving partner-originated and partner-assisted opportunities across an industry-aligned territory with quota accountability; manage pipeline hygiene and leverage partner funding to accelerate deals.
• Execute co-sell motions with Global System Integrators/ISVs, articulating partner capabilities and differentiators to field teams and customers; position partner solutions in AWS Marketplace contexts.
• Own partner strategy and mobilize cross-functional resources to drive sales velocity, forecast accuracy, and risk mitigation.
