Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Account Manager to lead and grow a named portfolio of ISV partners across the Americas. You will influence Salesforce stakeholders, drive revenue and platform adoption, and negotiate strategic partner agreements.

You’ll work in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment, collaborating with teams across Marketing, Product, and Partner Success to accelerate revenue and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in ISV, technology or product partnership or sales in SaaS/PaaS/AI.
• Track record of achieving quota and driving partner growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex updates.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships to influence Salesforce stakeholders across Global Partners and Product.
• Grow your portfolio of named partners and drive adoption of Agentforce, Data 360, Slack, AIforce.
• Forecast business across key metrics and negotiate complex revenue share agreements.
• Champion AI tools and practices to enhance partner productivity and outcomes.
