Salesforce is seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to lead a named portfolio of ISV partners within the AMER Apps, Agents and Integrations organization. You will influence Salesforce stakeholders, evangelize the partner program, and drive revenue growth through AI-enabled solutions and go-to-market collaboration.

This role requires 5–10+ years in SaaS or AI partnerships, a track record of achieving quota, and strong communication.

Formación

• Experience in ISV partnerships or tech partnerships with SaaS products.
• Proven ability to achieve quota and drive partner growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize complex updates clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Represent partners to Salesforce stakeholders and evangelize the partner program.
• Grow a portfolio of named partners and drive adoption of Agentforce/Data 360/Slack/AIforce.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives with partners and forecast the business across metrics.
• Negotiate revenue share agreements and champion AI tools to boost productivity.
