CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Partner Business Capabilities to drive strategic planning and execution for partner-related systems in a global role.

You will lead the roadmap for partner capabilities, align with GTM priorities, and act as SME for system improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will develop metrics, manage data governance, and oversee AI-powered tools within the Alliances CoE, enabling scalable, efficient partner operations and better

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Channel/Partner Program/Operations experience.
• Experience with Partner capabilities: Leads, Contracts, Deal Registration, CPQ/RLM, On-boarding, Invoicing.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise and familiarity with cloud marketplace ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and roadmap management for Partner capabilities.
• Gather requirements and align with Go-to-Market priorities.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for Partner capabilities.
• Oversee lifecycle of system improvements from discovery to implementation.
• Establish KPIs and monitor adoption, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Lead the Scalable Operations stream within the Alliances AI CoE.
• Collaborate with IT on requirements, testing, and training.
• Drive change management and adoption through training materials.
