Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Partner Business Capabilities to drive strategic planning, execution, and management of Partner-related systems. You will lead automation initiatives, collaborate across teams, and optimize the partner experience with scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data governance, and KPI-driven improvements in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Remote-friendly with strong focus on Alliances AI Center of Excellence collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Channel/Partner Program/Operations experience.
• Extensive Salesforce expertise.
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify anomalies.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, operationally-minded, comfortable with flexible hours.
• Understanding of AI-enhanced software development caveats.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, Tackle, Crossbeam, Miro, Slack, and BI tools (Tableau).
• Experience with AI tools (Slackbot AI, Claude Code, Claude Cowork).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities and initiatives.
• Drive Partner Capabilities system roadmap to support objectives.
• Align with Go-to-Market teams on priorities and policy implementation.
• Gather requirements for new enhancements and initiatives.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for Partner capabilities.
• Manage system improvement lifecycle from discovery to implementation with stakeholders.
• Implement data governance for system performance and data integrity.
• Establish KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and issues.
• Monitor system workflows for stability and performance.
• Lead the Scalable Operations stream within the Alliances AI CoE.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional documentation of processes and Partner integration.
• Collaborate with IT on requirements, user stories, testing, training.
• Lead change management including training materials and adoption.
