CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to head the Go-to-Market Programs team, globally aligning partner programs with revenue enablement. You will define, orchestrate, and optimize end-to-end GTM strategy across traditional and emerging partner models, including AI-focused initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in Partner GTM and Enablement, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment. Remote-friendly with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Partner GTM Programs and Enablement
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies
• Experience translating GTM strategy into partner programs
• Knowledge of Resell, Distribution, MSSP, and ecosystem co-selling

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize partner GTM programs to drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of partnership strategy, program and incentive professionals
• Provide quarterly performance updates to Alliances leadership
• Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and conferences
