Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior leader for Partner GTM and Enablement to drive program development and execution across global teams. The role focuses on expanding market share, revenue, and customer retention through strategic partnerships.

You will evolve traditional GTM programs, partner ecosystems, and enablement capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impact-driven strategies. Domestic and international travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant work experience in Partner GTM Programs and Enablement.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of projects and maintain project plans across time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills for a high-visibility role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute programs to increase market share, revenue, and customer retention through partnerships.
• Evolve GTM programs (Resell, Distribution, MSSP) and enable emerging GTMs and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership strategies.
• Monitor and report partner program performance metrics to Alliances leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of partnership strategy, program, and incentive professionals.
• Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and conferences.
