Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a high‑impact Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead our paid acquisition across search, social, programmatic, affiliate and retargeting. You will guide a multi‑million‑dollar budget and a high‑performing team, delivering data‑driven growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance and agencies to optimize performance, report insights to senior leadership, and push intelligent, ROI‑driven decisions that scale acquisition and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based business.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions.
