Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a senior manager to lead our paid digital media strategy and optimize performance across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels. You will manage a multi‑million‑dollar budget and mentor a high‑performing team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Brand, and eCommerce to deliver data‑driven insights, test ideas, and refine strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based or ecommerce settings.
• Strong coaching and leadership experience for a paid media team.
• Excellent testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages.
