Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead the organization’s paid media strategy and optimize performance across multiple channels. You will manage a multi‑million-dollar budget and mentor a high‑performing team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Collaborating with eCommerce, Analytics, Finance, Brand, Creative, and agency partners, you will translate data into actionable plans, oversee testing, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based or ecommerce settings.
• Performance marketing background focused on efficient acquisition and growth.
• Proven track record coaching and developing teams.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and reporting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, and ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize landing pages, offers, and messaging to improve conversions and value.
• Drive testing and apply insights to guide investment decisions.
• Present performance insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
