Astound Broadband is seeking a results-driven Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget and build a high-performing team, delivering customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Collaborate with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance, Brand, Creative, and agency partners to optimize performance, testing, and reporting while translating data into clear executive

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based or ecommerce environments.
• Strong testing, analytics, attribution, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau, and BigQuery.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Comfort translating data into clear executive recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Collaborate with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate new platforms and partnerships for fit and scale.
