Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Manager of Digital Paid Media to own and optimize paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting. You will grow a high-performing team, manage budgets, and apply analytics to lift conversions and customer value.

You will lead cross-channel media planning, partner with analytics to forecast investments, and report outcomes to senior leadership while advancing Astound’s inclusion and belonging initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years managing paid media in high-volume environments.
• Experience in subscription, eCommerce, or telecom sectors preferred.
• Strong coaching and team leadership track record.
• Advanced testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution and reporting skills.
• Proficient with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience across Google, Microsoft, Meta, programmatic, and affiliate channels.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investments across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, offers, and landing pages to drive conversions and revenue.
• Drive testing and iterate based on MMM and MTA insights.
• Communicate strategies and performance insights to senior leadership.
