Astound is seeking a results-driven Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting strategies. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, coach a high-performing team, and partner with Analytics, eCommerce, and Brand to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 5-8+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on expertise with GA4, Looker, Tableau, and major ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years managing paid media in high-volume, service-based/eCommerce environments.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, and major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions.
