Astound is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead the organization’s paid digital acquisition strategy. You will optimize performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting, managing a multi-million-dollar budget and guiding a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance, Brand, and Creative, delivering insights to senior leadership and driving growth through data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
• Strong track record in paid media and performance marketing.
• Experience coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions, revenue, and customer value.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
• Partner with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking, attribution, testing, and reporting.
• Define performance metrics and apply MMM and MTA insights to guide investment decisions.
• Apply AI search and content insights to strengthen paid media strategy, targeting, and performance.
• Turn performance data into clear optimization plans and executive reporting.
• Communicate strategies, solutions, and performance insights to senior leadership to influence change.
• Grow affiliate performance through partner, placement, and offer optimization.
• Evaluate new platforms and partnerships for fit, incrementality, scale, and economics.
• Manage agency and platform partners against clear deliverables and performance expectations.
