Astound, a leading provider of internet, WiFi, and TV services, seeks a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead paid media across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, coach a high-performing team, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

The role requires a track record of testing, forecasting, attribution, and proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years managing paid media in high-volume environments.
• Strong testing, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, affiliate and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities and ensure strong campaign execution and budgets.
• Optimize channels, creatives, offers, and landing pages to boost conversions and revenue.
• Drive testing and provide MMM/MTA insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Analytics, eCommerce, and leadership to report performance.
• Manage agency and platform partners to meet KPIs.
