Job summary

Astound is seeking a seasoned Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead the organization’s paid digital acquisition strategy. You will optimize performance across paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting channels while managing a multi-million-dollar media budget.

You’ll grow a high-performing team and deliver insights to senior leadership to drive revenue and growth. The role partners with Analytics, eCommerce, Finance, Brand, and agency partners to strengthen tracking,

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of managing paid media in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of driving acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, and placements.
