Astound is seeking a senior Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead our paid media strategy, optimize multi‑channel campaigns, and build a high‑performing team in a fast-paced, data‑driven SaaS/telecom environment. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Analytics, eCommerce, and agency partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of paid media management in high-volume/service-based or ecommerce.
• Proven track record coaching and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong testing, analytics, forecasting, attribution and performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau, BigQuery or similar tools.
• Hands-on expertise across Google, Microsoft, Meta, programmatic and affiliate channels.
• Familiarity with Impact or CJ affiliate platforms.
• Knowledge of first‑party data, CRM/CDP, audiences and AI-enabled optimization.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions and revenue.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Analytics and eCommerce to strengthen tracking, attribution, testing, and reporting.
• Turn performance data into clear optimization plans and executive reporting.
• Grow affiliate performance through partners, placements, and offers; evaluate new platforms.
