Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing our business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering our sales and profitability goals.

You’ll coach and develop your team through the sales process, pursue senior-level customers, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, and Operations to turn opportunities into results. As a senior member you’ll contribute to business planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years in technical, sales, and general management roles, ideally in packaging.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience leading senior sales teams in a multinational setting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
