Job summary
Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deepen strategic customer partnerships across our packaging portfolio. You’ll coach the team, define account plans, and work with cross-functional partners to deliver sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment, ideally packaging, FMCG or manufacturing.
- 12+ years across technical, sales and general management.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Proven senior sales leadership experience.
- Experience in multinational organizations.
- Track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
- Experience identifying, coaching and developing talent.
- Confident in communicating with senior-level audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and developing trusted customer partnerships.
- Solid technical and commercial aptitude and understanding of our products.
