Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years across technical, sales, and general management in packaging/related industries.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Significant experience in senior sales leadership roles.
• Experience in multinational organizations and driving financial targets.

Responsibilities
