BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager in Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee full lifecycle engagements, from discovery to final deliverables. You will manage staff, ensure quality, and drive portfolio profitability while maintaining close client relationships across engagements.

The role requires leadership, deep accounting knowledge, and ability to design integrated financial solutions, with emphasis on results, billing, and client satisfaction across a range of industries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree (Masters in Accountancy) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-life cycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements, including proposal development and client relationship management.
• Review and oversight of staff assignments and final work products, with focus on portfolio financial performance.
• Lead discovery with clients and design integrated accounting solutions to meet client needs.
• Assist in cost estimation and pricing decisions for engagements, ensuring profitability.
• Develop recommendations on technical accounting issues and financial policies for client leadership.
• Monitor engagements for timely billing and issue resolution; maintain strong client relationships.
