Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Experienced Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead end‑to‑end engagements, oversee staff, and ensure client satisfaction. You will manage proposals, scheduling, and billing while delivering timely financial reporting and strategic recommendations.

You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for expanded services, and mentor Junior staff to maintain high quality outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Experience with outsourced finance and accounting services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
• Lead client discovery, design solutions, and propose engagements.
• Oversee staff, billing, and overall portfolio financial performance.
