Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead full life-cycle engagements, from discovery to final deliverables. You will manage staff, oversee portfolios, and drive client relationships and billing accuracy.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting, supervisory experience, and familiarity with outsourced services and BDODrive tools. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of experience performing general accounting transactions
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience, preferred
• Experience working with outsourced and/or delivery center operations, preferred
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience with BDODrive platform software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), NAV and Bill.com is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages the full-life cycle of engagements with technical accounting oversight.
• Leads discovery meetings, proposes client solutions and ensures accurate billing.
• Oversees client satisfaction and engagement performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
