Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Experienced Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee the full life cycle of outsourced engagements, including proposal development, staffing, final work product review, and portfolio performance.

You will manage client relationships, conduct discovery with clients, design integrated financial solutions, and determine engagement pricing. Prior supervisory experience and CPA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience performing general accounting transactions.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Experience working with outsourced and/or delivery center operations, preferred.
• Consultative or business advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical management for all areas within the accounting function on outsourced engagements.
• Leads discovery and relationship management with clients to define objectives and scope.
• Designs integrated solutions and pricing for client engagements; reviews work with leadership.
