Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee the full lifecycle of outsourced engagements, including proposal development, staffing, review of final work, and portfolio profitability. You will manage client relationships, regularly meeting with clients and staff, and provide financial insight and timely billing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
• Lead discovery meetings with clients to capture objectives and needs.
• Design integrated solutions and prepare concise fee estimates.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality of final work products.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support billing decisions.
• Support leadership with technical accounting issues and process improvements.
