Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead full lifecycle engagements, oversee staff, and ensure strong client relationships. You will review final work products, manage financial performance, and drive billing accuracy across engagements.

The role requires strategic thinking, delivery excellence, and the ability to guide teams in a dynamic outsourcing environment with a focus on value creation for clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics is required.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Experience with outsourced finance and accounting services is desirable.
Strong communication, analytical and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Manages full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
Develops proposals, assigns staff, reviews work, and monitors portfolio performance.
Maintains client relationships, meetings, and financial reporting for clients.
Designs integrated solutions and documents scope, pricing, and margins.
Manages billing processes and ensures timely invoicing and issue resolution.
Leads and coaches junior staff and oversees project delivery.
