Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Experienced Manager in Outsourced Finance & Accounting to oversee full-lifecycle engagements, including proposals, staffing, and client relationships across finance and accounting services.

You will collaborate with leadership to design integrated solutions, review deliverables, and ensure profitable engagements while guiding junior staff and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Seven+ years of accounting/finance experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with outsourced finance and accounting services is preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
• Lead discovery meetings to identify client objectives and value drivers.
• Develop integrated client solutions and formal proposals with leadership input.
• Oversee billing, profitability, and performance against SOWs.
• Mentor Senior Associates and Associates to support professional development.
