BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Manager for Outsourced Finance & Accounting in the US. You will manage full lifecycle engagements, estimate costs, coordinate, and review work products. You will interact with clients, oversee staff, and drive financial performance across the portfolio.

The role includes billing, process improvements, and advisory support to clients. Required is a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred) and CPA is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Manages full-life cycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements with oversight of staff and deliverables.
• Develops proposals, assigns staff, reviews final work products, and manages portfolio financial performance.
• Maintains client relationships, conducts regular meetings, and provides financial reporting and recommendations.
• Bills engagements timely and ensures high-quality service delivery.
• Learns and applies technology packages used by clients and designs integrated solutions.
