Builders FirstSource is seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to represent the company with large or complex customers, understand customer needs, and identify suitable products and services. You may train less experienced staff and act as Sales Manager during the manager's absence.

The role involves developing proposals, handling complex customer requirements, and maintaining strong relationships across residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or related field with 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey value to customers.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced Outside Sales Reps and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company with major customers during the sales process.
• Develop sales contracts for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve complex customer requirements.
• Plan and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify and solicit new customers; generate sales opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to customers on products and services and their relevance to customer needs.
• Lead or assist in training staff when required.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
