• Proven ability to develop contracts and proposals for a range of projects.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Represents the company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specifications and acting as liaison with internal staff.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects from client specifications.
• Troubleshoots field issues and delivers effective solutions.
• Plan and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
• Researches and solicits new customers and generates opportunities.
• Keeps customers informed about products to meet current or future needs.
• May act as Sales Manager in absence of the manager and train junior staff.
