Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to represent the company with residential, multi-family and commercial clients.

You will gather client needs, develop proposals, and coordinate with engineering and design teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will drive sales opportunities, deliver compelling presentations, train junior reps, and maintain strong relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field required.
• 2 years of prior sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company to customers during the sales process and collect data on needs.
• Develop sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Keep customers informed about products and services and future needs.
• Lead and train less experienced sales reps as needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management.
• Attend company training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage daily tasks to meet productivity goals.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
